Payment Plan Terms for Flyer Fitness 2026 Retreat

To make participation more accessible, we offer a payment plan option. By opting for a payment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment Schedule:
    • After the initial $575 deposit the remaining retreat fee will be divided into three installments, due on the following dates:
      • November 
      • December 
      • January 
  2. Automatic Payments:
    • After the initial November 1st payment of your payment plan, all subsequent payment plan payments will be made automatically via the same payment method, on the same date as the first payment, for the next two months.
    • It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
  3. Late Payments:
    • A late payment fee of $25 will be applied for any payments not received within five (5) calendar days of the due date.
    • If a payment is more than ten (10) calendar days late, your reservation may be canceled, and the cancellation policy will apply.
  4. Non-Refundable Amounts:
    • The $575 deposit is non-refundable
    • If you cancel your registration, the cancellation policy applies to the total retreat fee, regardless of whether the full amount has been paid.
  5. Cancellation and Refunds:
    • If you cancel, the total amount paid and/or due will be subject to the retreat’s cancellation policy:
      • Before November 30, 2025: Refunds exclude the $575 deposit.
      • December 1 – December 31, 2025: 50% of the total retreat fee is non-refundable.
      • January 1 – January 31, 2026: 75% of the total retreat fee is non-refundable.
      • On or after February 1, 2026: 100% of the total retreat fee is non-refundable.
  6. Commitment to Payment:
    • By enrolling in a payment plan, you commit to paying the full retreat fee according to the schedule outlined, regardless of attendance or cancellation.
  7. Transfer of Spot:
    • If you transfer your spot to another participant, the payment plan will remain in effect. If the transfer is invalid due to eligibility or incomplete information, you remain responsible for completing payments as agreed.
