Cancellation Policy for the 2026 Retreat

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of retreats and the need to secure accommodations, instructors, and materials in advance, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all participants:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
    • A $575 deposit is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  2. Payment Plans:
    • If you are on a payment plan, payments are due on November 1, December 1, 2025 and January 1, 2026. Please note that the cancellation policy applies to the total amount due, regardless of whether the full balance has been paid by the time of cancellation.
  3. Cancellations Before November 30, 2025:
    • If you cancel on or before November 30, 2025, any payments made beyond the $575 deposit will be refunded.
  4. Cancellations Between December 1 and December 31, 2025:
    • If you cancel between December 1 and December 31, 2025, 50% of your total retreat fee (including the $575 deposit) will be non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
  5. Cancellations Between January 1 and January 31, 2026:
    • If you cancel between January 1 and January 31, 2026, 75% of your total retreat fee (including the $575 deposit) will be non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
  6. Cancellations on or After February 1, 2026:
    • If you cancel on or after February 1, 2026, 100% of your retreat fee will be non-refundable.
  7. Transferring Your Spot:
    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant, subject to prior approval. If the individual does not meet the retreatā€™s eligibility criteria or fails to provide required information within a specified timeframe, the transfer will be deemed invalid, and the original cancellation policy will apply.
  8. Cancellation by the Organizer:
    • In the unlikely event that the retreat is canceled by the organizers, all payments, including the $575 deposit, will be refunded in full.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
