Cancellation Policy for Wild Wings Retreat June 2026

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of retreats and the need to secure accommodations, instructors, and materials in advance, we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness to all participants:

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
    • A Payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your spot. $500 USD of this payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  2. Payment Plans:
    • Please note: if you are on a payment plan, the cancellation policy applies to the total amount due, regardless of whether the full balance has been paid by the time of cancellation.
  3. Cancellations Before May 1, 2026:
    • If you cancel on or before May 1, 2026, any payments made beyond the $500 non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
  4. Cancellations Between May 1 and May 31, 2026:
    • If you cancel between May 1 and May 31, 2026, 75% of your total retreat fee will be non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
  5. Cancellations on or After June 1, 2026:
    • If you cancel on or after June 1, 2026, 100% of your retreat fee will be non-refundable.
  6. Transferring Your Spot:
    • If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant, subject to prior approval. If the individual does not meet the retreat’s eligibility criteria or fails to provide required information within a specified timeframe, the transfer will be deemed invalid, and the original cancellation policy will apply.
  7. Cancellation by the Organizer:
    • In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizers, all payments will be refunded in full.
