Each day includes:
✅ 90 minutes off the rig — focused movement mechanics & learning through doing  (at Developpe's Dance Studio - 59 Union Ave, Sudbury 01776)
✅ 90 minutes on the rig — skill application, body awareness, and refining your technique (at Revolution Trapeze - Crow Island - Track Rd., Stow, MA 01775)

Classroom + Conditioning Session We’ll dive into movement patterns that directly support your flying. Learn how to engage the right muscles, move with intention, and build strength that translates to the air.
Rig Session: Activated in the Air Take what you’ve learned and bring it to life on the rig. This session focuses on activating your foundation and creating stronger, more connected movement in the air.

August 3, 2025
Classroom + Conditioning Session Build on Day 1 with deeper focus specific needs on the rig. We’ll fine-tune key mechanics that impact takeoff, hollow, sweep, seven, breaks and more!Â
Rig Session: Set-Up for Success Now it’s time to apply everything you’ve learned. This session brings it all together to 'set' you up with precision and power.



Meet your Coach - L.J. Mintz
Owner Flyer Fitness/Educator/Coach


With over 25 years as a movement professional, L.J. brings an artistic quality combined with a scientific approach to moving the body.
Physical fitness and movement have always been a part of L.J’s life. With her strong background in dance, gymnastics, and circus arts, she has performed around the globe as a flying trapeze artist, aerialist, and modern dancer, performing with circuses such as Big Apple Circus and Cirque Du Soliel.
Her natural interest in human movement continued with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Health promotion, as well as certifications with STOTT PILATES, Pilates Method Alliance, Pilates Sports Center, and National Academy of Sport Medicine.Â
Throughout the years, L.J has been fortunate to work with diverse populations in several different forms of movement. Using her knowledge & experience, combined with her patience & enthusiasm, L.J provides educational, focused, supportive coaching to flyers around the world.Â
