What You'll Experience

Each day, you’ll step onto the rig with purpose—supported by thoughtful coaching, intentional conditioning, and education that helps you understand why your training works. This isn’t just about doing more
 it’s about doing it better, with clarity and confidence.

You’ll fly daily (some days 2x daily), build strength that directly translates to your flying, and deepen your connection to your body in the air.

Off the rig, you’ll be supported with nourishing meals, time to reset, and a small, like-minded community that is there to grow alongside you.

Set against the natural beauty of Stone Mountain Farm, this experience is intentionally crafted to leave you not only stronger—but more capable, more confident, and more connected to your flying than ever before.

Owner Flyer Fitness/Educator/Coach

Flying Trapeze Artist - L.J. Mintz

For over 30 years, L.J. has combined art and science to elevate the way bodies move.

A former professional flying trapeze artist, aerialist, and dancer, L.J. has performed globally with shows such as Big Apple Circus and Cirque du Soleil.

She is now a dedicated and passionate coach, combining her real-world experience, her knowledge of Exercise Science, and the hours of training for elite certifications in Pilates and performance.

L.J. is well known for her articulate instruction, and a supportive approach to help flyers thrive.

Rex Lee

Catcher/Coach

A passionate coach with over 15 years of experience and wholeheartedly a badass in every sense of the term, Rex brings fun and creativity to your training.

With an intuitive and well trained eye for flying, and catching, your experience with Rex will always feel well supported.
