Meet your Coach

L.J. Mintz

With over 25 years as a movement professional, L.J. brings an artistic quality combined with a scientific approach to moving the body.

Physical fitness and movement have always been a part of L.J’s life. With her strong background in dance, gymnastics, and circus arts, she has performed around the globe as a flying trapeze artist, aerialist, and modern dancer, performing with circuses such as Big Apple Circus and Cirque Du Soliel.

Her natural interest in human movement continued with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Health promotion, as well as certifications with STOTT PILATES, Pilates Method Alliance, Pilates Sports Center, and National Academy of Sport Medicine. 

Throughout the years, L.J has been fortunate to work with diverse populations in several different forms of movement. Using her knowledge & experience, combined with her patience & enthusiasm, L.J provides educational, focused, supportive coaching to flyers around the world.
